Steps to Register for VPK 2023 – 2024

Step #1: 

Go to the Early Learning Coalition's website to complete the online application and obtain the Certificate of Eligibility. Certificates are issued online.

Step #2: 

Complete the online or in person registration:

NOTE: Please choose Sebring Pre K Center for the "School to Enroll into" on the enrollment application

• Click here if you are new to the district (you do NOT have a child enrolled at any school with Highlands County School District.

• Click here if you already have a child/children enrolled in a school with the Highlands County School District.

Step #3: 

In order to secure your spot:

Steps 1 & 2 must be completed along with providing all required documents below to SPC (current KLC location):

•  Certificate of Eligibility (from Step 1) 

• Child’s original Birth Certificate (must bring original)

• Your Picture ID

• Proof of Residency

• Physical Exam (done within the last year, after August 13, 2022)

• Florida 680 Immunization record (current)

• Child must be 4 years old by September 1, 2023.
